Ways to Give

We know that real change takes real resources. Below are several funds you can give towards that are making a Kingdom impact in the areas of diversity and justice. • Abundant Life Ministries: Abundant Life demonstrates God’s love through holistic community development in the Prospect (Charlottesville) neighborhood. ALM believes in whole-family, holistic ministry, with incentive-based programming that spans from Kindergarten to senior citizens. Through long-term, lasting relationships with parents, children, and residents, we demonstrate the love of God and encourage positive community development.
  • Chi Alpha Minority Mobilization Fund: The MMF helps new minority missionaries by awarding support grants. From their website, "People sometimes ask why we need a diverse missionary force. Here are just a few reasons: Having a diverse missionary team shows the campus that the gospel is for everyone. Diversity opens doors and provides teams a broader voice. It also increases the diversity of gifts within our movement. Beyond individual gifts, culture groups share unique strengths. We need diversity in our staff teams for the same reasons we pursue them in our stock portfolios to protect against potential weaknesses and increase our returns."
  • Be the Bridge to Racial Unity: Be the Bridge is an organization of authentic racial bridge-builders who are aware and responding to the racial brokenness and systemic injustice in our world through conversation, educational courses, and pursuit of God's heart for reconciliation.
  • Official Gianna Floyd Fund: This is the official GoFundMe established in George Floyd's honor to help provide for the needs of his 6-year-old daughter Gianna Floyd.
