Anchors
In Chi Alpha, everything we do is guided by our three anchors: real devotion, real community, and real responsibility. These anchors are our DNA, they are formed from the truth of Scripture and inform the culture of our fellowship.
Real Devotion
Having a vibrant and personal relationship with God is at the core of the Christian life. We believe that a consistent devotional life is a fundamental part of maintaining that personal relationship. By communicating with God through prayer and Scripture reading, we can thrive!
Real Community
Life was not meant to be lived alone. One of the greatest joys in life can be a fun and grace-filled community of fellow Christ followers. As a result, we consider our Core Groups to be the most critical part of Chi Alpha.
Real Responsibility
One of our most important beliefs is that what God has done in us, He wants to do through us. Every Christian has the responsibility to serve God in an outward way. Chi Alpha is therefore committed to providing students opportunities to serve in global missions, relational evangelism, and justice efforts.
The XA24
As a staff, we have collected the XA24 to help to etch out a clearer picture of what it means to live anchored. These sayings are not Scripture, but they are helpful truths that we need to be reminded of often as followers of Jesus.
