WELCOME TO
CHI ALPHA AT PVCC
Chi Alpha is coming back after an awesome first year at PVCC! This page will give you a glimpse into what our community looks like and how you can get involved!
Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship at Piedmont Virginia Community College is a body of college students earnestly following Jesus, who come together to worship our amazing God, to learn His Word and be discipled, to encourage one another and pray, and to have fun making friendships that will last a lifetime!
On Monday evenings, you can join us for dinner at 6:30pm in 5th Street Station. After we eat, we'll head over together to UVA for Chi Alpha's
Monday Night Live, which is our weekly large group worship gathering with ~300 students. To learn more about MNL, click

Join us on Wednesdays at 12pm for Chi Alpha Connect! We come together each week to worship, hear a short devotional message, and then discuss what we learned in small groups. This is a great opportunity to connect with other students and connect with God! We will finish by 12:50 so you can get to class, or head out to Chick-Fil-A with the group for lunch afterwards!
A Core Group is a small group of guys or girls who meet weekly for worship, Bible study, and fellowship. This is a great way to make some new friends, learn to study the Bible, and get plugged into Chi Alpha! We have two men's Core Groups and one women's Core Group this semester. Fill out the form below to get connected with a Core Group today!
Every year during Spring Break, Chi Alpha sends students all around the nation and world to serve in spreading the love and knowledge of Jesus! These trips range from meeting Muslims in the Middle East to helping the homeless on the streets of New York City to building homes for those affected by natural disasters. This year, PVCC Chi Alpha is going to Asheville, NC and Goldsboro, NC to work with Habitat for Humanity and we still have spots for the trip to Goldsboro.

Is there any better way to end the year than a week on the beach? SICM is a week in the Outer Banks with Chi Alpha at UVA students! Throughout the week, we will be having lots of time of community, theology, and fun, as well as living in a house with everyone you've met this year. Get hype to have fun in the SON!
Fall Retreat is one of the best weekends of the year! Get away from Charlottesville with your friends for a weekend of outdoor activities, bonding with your Core Group (including making matching outfits!), and worship with the whole Chi Alpha family.
Need something to do over winter break? Come to SALT with us! SALT is a time to bond and worship with all the Chi Alphas across the Northeast, learn from different pastors, and explore Philadelphia with everyone! You'll also have the unique opportunity to meet with missionaries from all around the world and learn how you can play a part in the global mission of Jesus. More details to come!
Check out the events page, our weekly email, or our Chi Alpha at PVCC GroupMe to learn more about special events hosted with Chi Alpha at UVA!
