What is Chi Alpha?
Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship at the University of Virginia is a body of college students earnestly following Jesus, who come together to worship our amazing God, to learn His Word and be discipled, to encourage one another and pray, and to have fun making friendships that will last a lifetime! We meet together in large groups for worship, and every student is also involved in a small group that meets weekly to study the Bible and walk through life together. No matter your faith background, you are welcome to come experience community and learn more about what Jesus is all about!
Our weekly large group meeting is called Monday Night Live! It’s a great opportunity to meet the greater Chi Alpha community and learn more about the Christian Faith. During MNL, Chi Alpha comes together for a night of musical worship, prayer, a short student testimony, and the chance to hear an encouraging message from the Bible.

Chi Alpha is all about fun and fellowship! We host sports, watch parties, potlucks, dances, and all sorts of different events throughout each semester. For a preview of what we're doing this Spring, click the button below!
